Harebone Shears Mail-In Sharpening Service
25% of customers forget to include return information. Please ensure your name and cell number are on the outside of the box. Shop names are not good. Personal name and home address is best return. Put cell number for billing by text and easy communication.
How It Works
1. Notify Us Before Shipping
• Text us at 618-531-3701 before you ship your items.
• You can also send us a message on Facebook for notification.
2. Required Shipping Method
• Use USPS (United States Postal Service) only. It is shipped to a PO Box, so USPS is a requirement.
• Home delivery is the most consistent option. Business delivery is acceptable but may encounter issues if the business is closed.
3. Include Your Details
• Make sure your name and cell number are on outside of the box. If including a business name, also provide a personal name and cell number for billing and return purposes.

Packing Tips
• Save your shipping receipt for tracking.
• Tape all seams of the box securely.
• Wrap all items, including scissors, in newspaper. Be creative . Newspaper are almost obselete but grocery store adds work great and magazine pages paper towels . Grocery store entrance has lots of free stuff
• Fill any extra space in the box with crumpled newspaper to prevent movement.
• Shake the box to ensure there is no rattling.
• Medium flat rate boxes from the Post Office are ideal.
