You have 7 days to test the scissors. If you don't love them for any reason within those 7 days, you can return them or trade them with no questions asked. Please note that the buyer covers return shipping.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item in your order. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a cancellation or return request from your Orders page. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or from the date you provide proof of shipment — whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
